An Occupational Therapist, Sarah is now a Graduate Lecturer to undergraduate Occupational Therapy students at Wrexham Glyndwr University after spending 8 years working for a local authority. Sarah began her Post Graduate studies in January 2017, her research is exploring the nature and process of continuing professional development in occupational therapists and how this relates to TRAMmCPD.

An Occupational Therapist, experienced educator and manager, Deb is Head of Health Professions at Cardiff University with a keen interest in inter-professional education. She has been teaching undergraduate and post graduate health and care professions students for 30 years, including all aspects of professional development. Deb has researched and published her work on CPD engagement. In 2013, Deb was awarded a Merit Award by the College of Occupational Therapists for her 'clear passion and commitment to the profession' and 'her significant contribution to OT education in Wales'.
